The performance, personality and behaviour of leaders is vital to the success of any organisation — as recent crises in corporate governance have clearly illustrated. We will provide an in-depth profile of the strengths and weaknesses of external or internal candidates for senior roles, and deliver candid and valuable actionable feedback.

This will assist in the selection or development of your senior people and evaluate the suitability of candidates. This includes providing pointers for final stage selection interviews.

In addition we apply this methodology to our Private Equity/Venture Capital clients when objectively assessing and referencing senior management teams in MBO, MBI & BIMBO scenarios.

The profiling approaches includes in-depth assessment of emotional intelligence, personality (both 'bright-side' and 'dark side' shown under pressure using the internationally respected Hogan Scales), judgement and decision-making (using one of our proven business simulations if required) and psychological interview. The findings are presented in a detailed report.
